Hello glorious peeps :) Quiet day here. I did laundry, vacuumed, cooked, did dishes, curled mom's hair, made all the meals and chatted. Tomorow its supposed to be sunny as far as the weatherman can see :) woohoo maybe I'll even go outside :P Im finally on my girly days and my pms hungries are gone YaY!!! B - ham (180 cals, 21g p) L - 3/4 brocoli stuffed chicken breast (200 cals, 16g p) D - protein shake (200 cals, 30g p) S - apple (70 cals, 1 g p) S - chicken fajita mix (200 cals, 25g p) 850 cals, 93g protein Have a great Tuesday :) HUGS PK

Hello PK & all you wonderful people,   I usually don't post to this thread but since I'm on I'll join in.  I worked today and that is about it.  Here goes: B- Muscle Milk Light Vanilla Creme Protein Shake (195 cals, 25g p) L-Bagel w/butter, Strawberries, blueberries & oranges cut up. S-Banana D-White hot dog, potato salad, pickle 7 glasses of water so far, 2 more before bed. Have a good night, Carly

B - Grande Iced vannilla latte w/ nonfat milk (160 cals, 1 g fat and 8 protein) S - achievone L - 1 cup salad greens with some cheese and light dressing and 3 slices of avacado D - 2 1/2 oz of the inside of a stuffed pepper S - prolly an achievone

Quiet?  Sounds like you worked harder at home than I did at work!  Hehehe. I'm feeling more my old self today.  I have a doctor appointment for next week.  It's with my PCP.  We'll talk about things in general and the possibility that I'm having gallstones. pre-breakfast - 2 eas protein drinks breakfast - strawberries & protein cereal snack - latte from davinci sf syrup & fat free milk & yogurt w/some kashi go lean cereal lunch - chicken soup & some tortilla chips snack - protein bar & yogurt dinner - gonna make breakfast fajitas w/egg, sausage, mushrooms & onion snack - whole wheat tortilla w/peanut butter & later another eas drink Will end up around 2,000 calories (still low).

I haven't been journaling much since my surgery...but I figured I'd start this week since I'm going back to work! B - Yogurt L - Chicken salad, 1/2 WW tortilla S - Protein shake S - Mashed potatoes & cauliflower with protein powder + 1 L of water already down

BK - 4 TBSP Lactose Cottage Cheese - 12 G protein SN - 16 oz protein shake - 40G protein LN - 2 oz Gerber Mac and Cheese DN - 2 oz Gerber Chicken SN - 16 oz protein shake - 40 G Protein Total Protein = 92 G Protein - That is perfect according to my NUT since I am a young male....=)

Hi Darling PK!  I missed you this weekend, we will have to catch up soon Here is my damage... B: 1 oz beef jerky, 1 oz light mozz stick. 20 g protein L: 4 oz light yogurt with a sprinkle of kashi cereal on top, 5ish proteins D: Grilled chicken salad with light Italian dressing.  I ate mostly just the chicken, 4 oz., 30+ proteins S: I am gonna have something warm to drink, maybe a protein coffee or protein hot cocoa as I need more protein today.  Approx 450 cals, 55ish proteins.   So low :(  If I add a protein drink it will bring it up to to around 600 and the right amount of protein.  That's it for me today.. always a hard day for me as I worked last night and had to get up for my CPR recertification.  It was a lot easier being 130 pounds less this go round.  Kneeling  on the floor to save "Annie" usually kills my knees and back, did fine this year, thank goodness.  Another wow moment for me.  Oh and my husband said as we were walking to the car tonight "you are really getting tiny ya know that?  WHAT?!  I thought to myself?  So weird to hear that still... I got a ways to go still in my mind.  Want to lose another 58ish pounds.. we will see where I end up at.  Hugs to everyone!
