 Hi Chantal!
Warm up your milk in the microwave and then let it cool down a bit so it doesn't scortch your protein powder.  Or mix your protein powder with a little cold milk ahead of time.  Then add it to your warm milk.. I add SF davinci syrups.  Its nice,warm and sooting on the pouch.. filling tho I must admit even for me at almost 6 months out.  Takes me a while to drink it.  Sometimes I add decaff coffee to it to make it like a warm Mocha Latte.. mmmm

   Hey all, 
rough day today, but tried to do a bit better.
B- shredded wheat w/ skim milk  (some came back up)
S- 2 oz shaved ham
L- protein bar
S- 1/2 pb & j sandwich (some came back up)
D- 4 meatballs
 
according to fitday that is 1223 calories (seems really high to me, where should our cal's be at this stage?) 39 fat grams, 113 carbs (really high to me!!) and 82 grams of protein.
