What's up booty shakers??? How'd you shake that thang today? You all are going to have to get us rolling because I am trapped at work all day and then trapped at school tonight. Doubt my booty is gettin' shaked today (and believe me, its disappointed!!). So come on and motivate us with your glorious daily workouts!!

I did a mile and a half tonight on the treadmill.. just wasn't wanting to go to the two miles tonight for some reason...   That's ok.. I am gonna be on the go all day tomorrow for the most part plus I will exercise when I get home tomorrow too.  *hugs* keep inspiring!

After going hiking yesterday (pics on my blog) I decided I better keep the momentum going and after shopping all day today, I hopped on my treadmill and did 1 mile.  :)

I believe so. You go girl! I definitely exercised today (but it feels like forever ago, but my knees know better) 2.25 miles with puppy at a good pace, he did good. I'm all proud. Another mile just walking around. Swimming (wading, hanging in the water). Whew, it's been a busy day. Now, my knees are KILLING me. So tomorrow is my "day off". Still need to walk the dog though, so I'll probably walk at least 3/4 mile.
