OK - freaking out here! bugs in my protein bar!

Hey, you should try selling it on ebay. To some that would be a gourmet meal. It could be worse!!!

I was going to say something about the added protein but someone else did. I also watched a thing on the Travel Channel about Bizarre Foods...He eats ants all the time. And bugs and even some nastier stuff. Hubby won'****ch it on a full stomach either. I'm just jealous they get more protein than I do.... Are you sure the ants are in the package? We have ants here in our office from time to time and they are quick to find food that is here anywhere...

That happened me to me one time eating a kit kat bar.  It happened about 10 years ago.  I went into a old run down 7-11 and bought that and a can of pepsi.  I opened the bar and took a bite and I noticed it tasted stale and I looked at it and there where little worms or larve crawling out of it.  Seriously GROSS!! I couldn't eat Kit Kats for a long loooong time after that.  I suppose that's a good thing. :) --Shakeira

So my surgeon just called me back.  Wanna know what he said?  "sounds like you got some bonus protein"  I feel better now.  My tummy is still in an uproar but at least I stopped worrying about being sick from this.  WHEW!

EWW EWW EWW EWW EWW!!!! It remeinds me of the time when I was around 13 years old and I decided to sneek downstairs to watch The Excorcist in the den. I grabbed some saltine crackers from the kitchen and ate them while I watched TV in the dark. When it was over and I was freaked out and had to turn the lights on, I looked in the plastic sleve the crackers had been in and there were bugs all over the bottom crawling over the 2 remaining crackers!!  Needless to say I  all over the place. Serves me right for sneeking downstairs to watch a movie I was not supposed to watch! But I think you will be fine. Like others have said, more protein!
