Do you get gas from protein shakes?

I seem to get gas from water these days.. haha

See, soy did to me what milk did to Dawn there. My gut would hurt, rumble and PHEW I could win a contest on stench with my hubby.  lol  Funny enough, I have no problem with milk products after surgery and my soy products are usually just tofu once in awhile.

I'm kinda relieved the gas is from the protein powder/soy or lactose intolerance.  I thought it was just a fact of life after surgery.  It's like letting the air out of the balloon every day, but thankfully it is fragrance free.  I learn so darn much from you all.  :)
