kashi protein shakes?

I was poking around the local grocery store last night with the hubby when i stumbled upon Kashi protien shakes, they have 20 grams of protien per serving and i was wondering if anyone has tried them yet? and if so are they nummy? thats all thanks!!

I am no expert on protein shakes, but reading the ingredients it says that it is soy protein and has 23g of sugar. Not so good, I think.
