BeneProtein Update
Well, after asking opinions on BeneProtein and getting less than stellar reviews, I decided to try it anyway.
I bought a can and added a scoop to SF pudding and mixed well. No bad taste at all. Then I made a puree of chicken and FF gravy in the Magic Bullet and added a scoop of the BeneProtein to that. Again, no bad taste at all. Since then I have been adding it to several other things and can't taste it at all. Hopefully that won't change after my surgery next week! A scoop is only 6g of protein, but that is 6 grams that I wouldn't have gotten.
Just in case anyone else was wondering about it :)

I used it as a new postop and had no issues with it. Mixes well, doesn't taste bad. I would add 3 scoops to 8 oz of Swanson's chicken or beef broth and get an additional 18 grams of protein with the broth that way. It got me through the first 2 weeks postop on liquids!
