Wearing corduroy pants -- no "swishing"!

For the first time since I was in High School in the 1970's, I think (ok, maybe not QUITE that long ago, but you get the idea), I am wearing corduroy pants and there is no rubbing of the thighs or "swishing" sound when I walk!  They are American Eagle (from JCP), size 14 (my thighs still don't fit in a 12 ), and they are nice and soft and cozy feeling on a cold Ohio morning!

Cords that don't make noise... I love my RNY!

I love your post about Corduroy pants!!!! I remember buying 2 pair of corduroy gauchos and wearing them without the swishing sound. I thought WOW! my thighs don't touch.  I miss those corduroy gauchos. I lost more weight and they became toooooo! big I love weight loss surgery also. I am going to buy new cords. I will check out the ones at JCP.

Take care,

Tammie

WoW!!

I'm in a smaller size too, but never even considered cords
for precisely that reason.
Maybe I could wear cords too?

WoW!!

Just to think....... all those naturally skinny people who have never had to struggle with their weight miss out on all these little joys  - they just take such things for granted.

Aren't we lucky  ;-) ?

Oh my gosh - how cool for you!  I too had completely blocked out cords from my mind for decades.  Hmm - I sure would love a nice cozy pair of black cords, or maybe a dark yummy brown.
