Chicken Shawarma Sandwich

Anyone know if we can eat the pita that it is wrapped in?  I already know I can eat and garlic sauce, but not sure about the pita.....it is grilled/toasted......thanks

I did and occasionally do have trouble with pitas and tortillas.  you can try a bit and see how it goes down.  Good luck.

I personally wouldn't eat the entire pita in general. But usually if I have a gyro or shwarma, I eat the insides with a fork, and eat a few pieces of the bread, with the dipping sauce that comes with or whatever.

Oh no, I would not be able to eat the entire sandwich, even if I tried.  Just wondered if I should try a few bites of the sandwich, pita and all, or open it up and eat it like I have before.....thanks for the information.

 Have a couple bites of the pita!  Just take it slow.
