One Year Surgiversary! Holy crap!
So one year ago today, December 3rd, 2007, I was laying in Wake Forest Baptist Medical Center, feeling bloated as all hell, and at least 322 lbs.
Today, December 3rd, 2008, I'm down to around 215lbs. This year has flown by faster than I could have ever imagined.
Not to make this celebration a bummer, I don't feel like I've truly changed my ways from pre-op (especially when I look at my horrible eating this past month), but I am realizing it. I'm trying to stop it, and get back on track, so it's a bit depressing, that a year later, I'm still having these same issues. But, I realize so much of this is a head game, and I'm trying. Well, trying to try!
But really...how can 365 days go by so fast?!

I wish I could do this in person, but I guess this will have to suffice.

Congrats on one year honey bunny! My how time flies! I always remember the folks who waited what seemed like forever to get surgery. You've a special place in my heart sweetheart! I love ya! I am so proud of you and know you can turn these head games around cause well, you're worth it!
Keep coming back when you can. Even if coming here ****** you off keep coming and talking to us. We're here to listen. You're not alone in this battle. Don't forget that people do care about you and want to help you no matter what. If it's an ear to listen or just a shoulder to cry on we're here.
Love ya!
Jenny
