What are you doing/eating today? Sunday (the morning after...)
I woke up this morning at 179lbs and after all my food intake today I am 178lbs. Yes I am obsessed with the scale.
B- 1 of Eggfaces bacon cheeseburger bites (almost finished one)
S-3 melba rounds with buffalo chicken dip
L-cottage cheese with tomato
S-grapes
S2-1/4c popcorn
D-vanilla yogurt with 3 strawberries
That is alot of food for me. I know I need to up my protein for sure.
