What does "Dumping" mean for you?
I notice a lot of people here think dumping is something not being chewed up well so you vomit. Not even close.

"Dumping" is when your missing pyloric valve allows a bunch of food into your intestines at once. Your body sends in a bunch of water to help process the influx of food. In some people this is uncomfortable or sickening. In most people (70%) it's not. You really can't count on it happening or not happening.
