Anyone have United Healthcare insurace--How Long??

Saw Surgeon 5/11/09, they submitted to insurance the next week.  Got approval a week later, and had surgery 4/27/09.  Their only requirement was medical necessity.  They were great.
It really depends on what your employer has included in your policy.  Some save money and exclude this type of surgery.  I was finally approved by this insurance company after trying to get this surgery more than 10 years ago.  I was just lucky to finally get a job where the employer included WLS as part of the coverage from UHC.
