Rave: Laughing Cow Light Cheese

My new obsession is spreadable cheeses, I bought Laughing Cow Light the other day and had it on whole wheat crackers and it was delicious.  It has good stats too, one slice (it comes in little spreadable individually packed wedges) has 2.5 grams of protein and 35 calories.  It is a great snack when my sugar starts crashing.

Love Love Love the French Onion. The Garlic and Herb is good too but love that French Onion.

I love laughing cow!  It is so good even on it's own.

I lived on the creamy light swiss during my puree stage. I would make guacamole & dip the cheese wedge in it yummm-o!

Yum, love them.  My program doesn't allow starches until 6 months so I would use cucumbers to spread the cheese on in the early stages.

I love the Light Swiss. I sometimes have it spread on a hard-boiled egg for a hearty protein breakfast!
