Husband and son are having pizza so I made myself something yummy. Took a couple ounces of cooked chopped chicken and mixed in a laughing cow wedge and a tablespoon of franks wing sauce. Plopped it on top of a bed of dark salad greens and spinach. And a slice of ezekiel sprouted bread with butter.

I'll be having some cherries and strawberries too.

Probably a greek yogurt and fiber one snack later on.

I had a subway club salad with double meat (I ate a good deal of the salad and all of the meat), four bites of the kids pizza and 2 pizza crusts. And thanks to my double shot protein shake this a.m., my carbs are still sitting at about 30% even after all that. Yikes.

I am going to have a Swiss Click later on (Click mixed with Diet Swiss Miss and water over ice).

So far just a Muscle Milk Lite...DH and son are at Boyscout Twilight Camp.  I'll probably eat fresh crook-neck sqash and a few bites of leftover tri-tip when they get home.

I'm going through a phase, I think.  It's called the "Turkey Sandwich" phase.  So yeah, I had a turkey sandwich on an Arnold Thin and some sliced strawberries on the side.   But there is an end in sight... I bought some steaks today and plan to have one tomorrow night for dinner.  I also have some fresh Michigan asphargus, so that's on tomorrow's menu too.

It was good to feel back in control of my food again today.  With the event at work yesterday and all the overtime that went with it, I've felt a little bit random lately.
