Coffee toffee twisted frosty (snack version)

The milk based one is the meal replacement version. This one is the snack version:

2 scoops Click, whole tray of ice, a couple tablespoons SF English Toffee syrup, a bit of water (however much it takes for your blender to do its thizzle). Put it all in a blender and whiz it.

How is it that Click is creamy even without milk??? Is there nothing Click cannot do? Is there no problem it cannot solve? Is there no day it cannot make better?

Stats: 130 cals, 15g protein.

CLICK is the wonder protein!!  I love it with a half of a banana and ice - tastes like a mock Starbucks Chocolate Banana Vivano (I used to get that with a shot of espresso), without the sugar and stuff.......

Oh ya, the mock Vivanno made w/ Click and a banana!  I have this on the days I don't work.  If I don't have a ripe banana I add a drop or two of banana extract!

Mine filled a 16 oz. glass. I use as little water as I can get away with. Most times I just chug it into my shaker bottle and carry it with me. That way I can drink as I go!

I'm intrigued by Click but I have a question.  Doesn't it have the caffeine equivalent of 2 cups of coffee?  I thought we were not supposed to have caffeine?  Can ya help a newbie out?

It does have caffeine, every program is different, mine allows caffeine.  I gave up food, alcohol, and cigarettes, I'm not giving up caffeing too!  LOL

Maybe the reason you are having issues with a possible ulcer formation unfortunately. Caffeine is a big culprit to them. Maybe something you can cut out and see if that helps you.

Yes, I have already thought about that, sadly I will miss it but life will go on.  Hopefully my PCP can tell me what is going on, if anything.  May just be a groucy pouch!
