Now you've gone & done it. You know the food po-po are gonna drive by at any moment and take you away from all this fabulousness. I best get back to the kitchen & get busy baking your mini meatloaf with a file in it and pimpin up some bail money. Ken said he is all outta bail money for us, so we are on our own!

Sounds yummy....salad and chicken are my arch-enemies. Tried salad for the first time in a long time last night and no problems...so I think I will give your dressing a shot..

Yeah, you might go to jail. You sneaky chef, you! I bow down to your amazing cleverness and skill.
So, I've been meaning to ask you about Greek Yogurt. Do you make your own or do you buy it? Is it fat free or do you use low fat?
I've been doing some research on it and found several recipes, some from scratch and some easy draining methods. The ones that are from scratch call for whole fat milk, but I assume I can try it with a lower fat or fat free milk too.
I know you use it all the time, so I thought I would ask the expert on Greek yogurt. Thanks for your help.

I buy my yogurt. Fage usually although Super Walmart just started carrying Oikos...to which I wanna say...Oikos! (or Eureka! whichever comes out first). I get the fat free kind.

French dressing is my favorite so I will have to give it a try after my procedure. Now, I don't care if some thinks my question is stupid or not...but what the H-E-double hockey sticks is GREEK YOGURT?
I know what yogurt is, but I have never heard of Greek yogurt. I hear about it a lot on OH. Help me out OH fam.

Greek yogurt (or "greek style yogurt") is yogurt that has been strained of excess liquid, leaving a thick creamy yogurt behind that has lots of protein (20g/cup). After RNY you get the plain fat free unflavored version and flavor it with...whatever. You can use it in place of sour cream (like as sour cream or in things you'd use sour cream for like onion dip) or you can go sweet with SF syrups. My favorite thing to do with it is mix it with PB2 (powdered peanuts) and make a peanut butter yogurt. NOM!
