I made soup

now normally this is not a big deal but i made it at work... and I had to go shop for the ingredients.

I'm trying to lose some weight before surgery.  protein drinks leave me hungry.

so i ran over to the super fresh to see what I could see

one package of stir fry veggies (onion, mushroom, snow peas, pean sprouts, zuch and peppers) one box of chicken broth (99% fat free did not use the whole thing   some already cooked shrimp

heat  broth add veggies heat again
add shrimp


ta-da soup.

not the best but warm and filling and some crunch with the veggies!
