Wonderful weather here in northeast Indiana.  Took a walk.  Working today.

B - Carbmaster yogurt, unflavored protein, Benefiber, fiber one twigs and blackberries
S - 1 scoop Click with Cinnamon Cappuccino protein
L - 1/2 moz cheese/ham rollup, small tomato, red raspberries
S - 1/2 c cottage cheese
D - Peach frosty shake - peach carbmaster yogurt, vanilla protein powder, frozen peaches, SF 
       peach syrup, splenda and lots of ice

Will ride 5 miles on exercise bike before bed.  Typical day for me.

Mostly doing household chores today, in between laptop breaks. Love my laptop. All shopped out from yesterday but very happy with my purchases. Food is looking good today. Afraid I was lax in logging the last couple of days but I have my second wind now.

Breakfast: Carbmaster Strawberry Pomegranate Yogurt
Lunch: Tuna and egg salad with relish and light mayo
Snack: 9 pork skins
Dinner: 3 oz baked pork chop, with lemon pepper, 1/4 cup baked beans, 3 steamed broccoli flowerets
Snack: Blue Bunny Sweet Freedom Creme Bar **** Cream-like treat) 60 cal

Today? Working and preparing to be off for the next two days..hubby and I are going up to Portland to pick up our new hunting puppy flying in from the breeder in Ohio.  So there is bound to be some excitement in our household while the puppy and the big dogs adjust to one another!! =]

PreB: Protein shake (Gourmet Whey cookies & cream, with kashi go lean (1/2 cup), frozen strawberries, 1/4 banana, crushed ice & a splash of sf Hazelnut syrup)

B: Protein bar...breakfast on the run

S: Starbucks soy latte

L: Gypsy Lee Rose sandwhich minus the bread & 3 onion rings (sandwhich: paper thin sliced carrot, cream cheese, cucumber, arugala, avacado & turkey)

S: protein bar

D: Pork roast, refried beans, sprinkle of cheddar cheese, salsa, sour cream
