Grocery shopping today ... I need to find new foods. I so wish I had a store that sold Naked Nuggets, I can't find them anywhere & they sound so yummy!
B- 1/2 Arnold's Thin w/ cream cheese & SF jam
S-habanero cheese & baked wheat thins
L-hopefully a carb control tortilla pizza
D- Pork roast w/ veggies
LNS-something with not a lot of carbs ... I have been eating way to many lately!

Nik, I'll keep you and your mom in my thoughts today. I know how difficult it can be to watch your parents go through rough times and feel like you're unable to do anything to help them. Yell if you need help, we'll definitely do what we can for you!
I'm headed out to visit a client site this afternoon, so I've got a bit of a screwed up schedule today - but I've got my plan, and it will work today!
B - Protein Shake
S - Yogurt and Kay's natural cereal
L - Turkey, Cheese, Crisp Bread and a pickle
S - Cinnamon Pretzels
D - Turkey Meatballs and mashed cauliflower
S - Cottage cheese, banana, and caramel torani

D: Chicken and dumplings (with frozen dumplings, I'm lazy today, I won't eat but a few).
S: probably a protein shake or maybe some of niks frozen things if I can get the recipe??
haven't done the totals. I'll do it soon and fix from there.
I'm back to losing weight again. was 189 when I found out I was pregnant. went down to 173 back up to 181 and now down to 178. ugh.

Cheesecake Protein Pudding Pops
2 c. milk
2 scoops vanilla whey
1 box SF FF cheesecake pudding mix
some Splenda (to taste -optional)
Mix in blender, pour in popsicle molds. Makes 6 pops or 4 pops + 1 awesome protein drink (if you add about 5 cubes of ice). Each pop has about 80 calories, 11g protein (not exact number but somewhere thereabouts.

Mornin'. I'm finishing up one of my offices, then heading out to interview for another. Well, not interview really as I already have it, I'm just going to talk with the doctor and find out how he likes things done. I'll start with him tomorrow. L: Chili that I made yesterday. I outdid myself! Good stuff, and it's just cool enough here in Indiana to make it taste extra good!

I'll probably make a whey protein/cappuccino shake after a while as I'm gonna need a little more protein.
I've walked or biked for the last three days, and I lifted light weights yesterday. I'm determined to keep it up, I feel so much better when I'm exercising.

Today I have nothing special planned. Just work, then going home to roast some tomatoes (I scored 10lbs for $5 yesterday), then putzing around the house. Knee and ankle are still recovering so I'm laying low on the exercise scene right now. But at least my house is getting clean and sparkly and decluttered (hoping to take a load of boxes to Goodwill this weekend).

Hi Nik I'm sorry about your mom. It does sound like it could be a circulation issue - maybe the doctors could prescribe a physical therapist to come to the house to get her up and moving a little. We found with my grandmother that once she gave up her high heels and shoes that were 2 sizes too small and she started wearing the right sized supportive tennis shoes that she was able to get around a lot better.

Trying to stick to the normal routine. I weigh in with my trainer tomorrow... so I am PRAYING TOM vacates before then. It is what it is... but I'd still like that number to be sans stupid TOM. Getting ready for vacation next week, and teaching full time the following week. I need to mentally plan for the giant wrenches these will throw into my normal eating/vitamin routine.
