Isn't it amazing how filling pork skins are? They crunch down to nothing but I guess it's the protein. Even the wonder pouch can't contend with but so many of them.

I haven't been very pleased with my weightloss lately - been stuck where I am for a while (tho went down a size...) and have this nagging feeling that my evening protein frosty probably hasn't been very helpful.  I"m sad though, because I look forward to it all day and really enjoy it when I'm eating it.  But, I'm not typically hungry when I have it (having just eaten dinner an hour or two before) and it's likely not the best habit to be forming now.  But, on the other hand, it does stop me from snacking at night...sigh... don't know what I'm making excuses for - to keep having it, or to not...   ???

Here's my food for today (fairly typical)

B:  1/2 cup 2% cottage chees
S:  0% fage w/fiber one
L:  greek meatloaf (yum!)
S:  chocolate protein ice cream (PB2 order should be delivered today - whoo hoo!  can get back to my pb cookie protein ice cream!)
D:  1/4 cup ricotta w/1T PB2 on half an arnold thing
S:  banana nut protein frosty (???  haven't decided yet) - It typically comes in around 250 cals (protein powder, soy milk, and pudding mix) - and I eat it right before I go to bed.  hmm....

Nik, sorry to hear about your mom and her health. Mine was like that and my sis did not support me when i tried to clean her diet.  Then she was the one who had to take care of her last 3 years of her life (I left the country).  It is tough seeing the one we love slowly kill herself.  at least you made changes in your life and you will not repeat her mistake. your divas can learn new eating habits from you.

As for me - it has been hard couple of weeks. I decided to brake up with Mr  wonderful.  He was not that wonderful at close-up.  And I am not saint either... On Monday we had the "talk", and last night i went to his house to get rest of my stuff.  I did not know I had still so much stuff in his house.  The car was loaded. The stress - is still there.

Anyway - so with all that stress my pouch has more grouchy days than not. And I ate food for comfort though not the same as before surgery.  But - since i ate a lot - and the "good stuff" I did not lose or gain any weight (thanks RNY),

Today I got shipment from Netrition and I got my Whey Protein crisps. I really like them specially the Chocolate Whey Crisps. They are great and I hope they will help me get more proteins in my diet.    (since my pouch get so grouchy and it hurts to eat)

B. 1 Tbs almond butter;  coffee
B2. 2 scoops Whey Crisps + 1/4 cup of soy nuts
L; coffee, decaff , milk ( I am still full from the Crisps)
LL: salad+ 1/2 chicken burger (I hope)
D: salad + something
S; protein crisps?

I also need to drink my protein drink I made this morning and make sure I take my vitamins.
Calories wise - today sucks - but I will make sure i get all my proteins. water and vitamins. Next few days will be difficult - to get food in, but I hope I can do it, considering that I have so many snacks and easy to eat foods.

First day back at work and hanging in there.  The powers that be are uber-monitoring our internet usage so I'll only be popping on at break or lunch times.  So far so good with eating today, much better than lately.  Here's what I've had so far, I'll edit later on tonight:

Pre-B: Click Frapp (30g)
B: Ka****LC granola bar (dunno stats, it's what I had at hand)
S1: 3 Babybel Light cheese & 17 TJ's gorgonzola crisps (25g)
L: Roast beef & muenster on Arnold Sandwich Thin w/ 3 pieces pickled okra (28g)
S2: Muscle Milk Light (15g)
S3: smoked almonds & 100 cal pack of TJ's oatmeal cookies
D: Salad (spring mix, cucumbers, carrots, tomatoes, shredded cheese) with Lite Caesar Dressing
LNS: Multigrain nachos with 1/2 cup shredded cheese, salsa, 1/4 c Fage (15g or so)

ETA: What I had for dinner and last 2 snacks. I got in all my water & vitamins today and 100+ grams of protein, this is the best food day I've had in awhile (good ole hormones).  I have the headache from hell so me & Zeuser are gonna crash out for the night.
