Today is my one year surgiversary!

And what a ride it has been! I went from 318 to 158 lbs, down from a 24/26 to an 8/10....i went for my surgeon follow up appt yesterday and i've lost 91% of my excess body weight!

All comorbidities have been resolved!!!!!! Total cholesterol is 127, all vitamin levels are good, and it feels great!

Best decision ever!! Better than hysterectomy (and that's saying a lot!)

So for all you newbies, it is sooooooooo worth it!

congradulations!  that is a great percentage considering i was told most people only lose 60-80% of their excess weight.(what am i saying?! ONLY 60-80%?!)

 i am looking forward to my one year in a couple months too.
