Thanks for the insight Nikki. I drink a protein drink with around 30 grams of protein around 10:30 am. That is my breakfast. I just don't want anything before then and I have the luxury of staying home and eating/sipping at my leisure. It works for me and gives me more grams of protein than I can get from food. Pouchie still can't handle dense proteins!
