how many times do you eat in day?
I work at a desk job now and its M - F fulltime. So I pack a snack bag with about 6 small snacks to much on through out the day. I have cheese and crackers (small portions), sliced fruit, cubed lunch meat, Peanut butter crackers, Snack cup of trail mix. I don't always have time to go get a lunch so this is a life saver and it keeps my blood sugar level all day. I have my first snack about 2 hours after arriving and about every 1 to 1.5 hours until time to clock out. I also have a water bottle that I sip on through out the day. I do drink a protein drink when I first get up before going in to work and have one as soon as I get home. Sometimes I eat some dinner if I can tolerate what is cooked or I have another protein drink just before bedtime.

Im at 5 months out also...combos? seriously? my snacks are usually a slice of ham or turkey rolled up with cheese....nuts....greek yogurt....protein bar....and yes i feel like i eat every 2 hrs also...but thats due to the 30 min wait time before and after drinking/eating....i recently read on here that if you are getting in all your protein and you still feel hungry then you probably arent drinking enough...I would do as others suggested...up your protein, you didnt say how much fluid intake you are at, but if you still are hungry then I would up the fluid intake....just my opinion...
