weight loss at 6 months?
Do you count the excess weight as of the date of surgery, or as of the pre-op diet?
If I go by surgery date, I have lost 66% . If I go by my orientation weight prior to the pre-op diet, I have lost 74%. I really feel much better now knowing this because I am at almost 4 months out and keep stalling ...but now I won't let it get me down. On the bright side, I have been able to wear these size 12s for over a month, so at least I am getting some use out of my new clothes (Kohl's clearance racks rock!)
