What are you doing/eating today? Wednesday!
Man, the pouch is mad at me. Not full out "we ain't eating nuthin!" mad. More like "I'm going to give you a hard time at EVERY turn..." mad. What'd I DO?????
So in the midst of this it makes sense that I should try to integrate a morning snack into my day, right? Riiiiiiiiiiight.
Reasoning: a) I usually go between 7-1 p.m. with nothing to eat. That can't be good for my metabolism. b) I don't eat enough calories during the day which usually incites a nighttime noshfest which makes me go to bed queasy and wake up with a pissed off pouch. c) yesterday I was hungry way before lunch (I doubt that'll be the case today..)
So I dunno if the morning snack will happen (it kinda screws with my liquid schedule), but I packed it so...we shall see.
Eats:
B: Click Frapp (thinking of integrating the Click Frapp with the Peppermint Paddy shake to make a mint mocha--tomorrow...)
S: 1/2 c. cottage cheese w/ blueberries (in hindsight I think the morning snack should also be liquid. I will take note for tomorrow and bring protein cocoa)
L: 1 chicken enchilada (exclusive preview for WAYET readers/posters...this is the subject of my next video which I HOPE to have up this evening sometime) and small side salad w/ ff italian dressing
S: Ostrim jerky
D: whatever the old ladies feed me (which is bound to be carby, hence the protein forward choices in the beginning of the day.
LNS: (NOT a protein shake!) A wedge of McNik hot apple pie w/ 1/4 scoop ff nsa vanilla ice cream and a drizzle of sf caramel
Lots of coffee, green tea, crystal light and the like...

I'm just the opposite now, I eat all morning and then my hunger wears off as the day goes on. I'm not complaining! I used to be the other way.
Well I am working on my first month end by myself since I came back from leave. They hired a per diem to do my job while I was out and she has stayed on, but now she's not here and things have changed, should be interesting.

Half your lunch is the same as le petite diva! I made her PB&J sushi w/ peanut butter, SF grape jelly, and vanilla almond granola. It looked yummy.

Why does my pouch never get upset?? This probably sounds morbid but I wish the pouch would retaliate and give me some negative feedback about what I am eating (when I am eating not-so-good)!
B: Greek Yogurt with a fresh sliced peach and oat bran (see what I mean- wish the pouch would get mad, b/c Cracklin Oat Bran is crack-in-a-box!)
L: FF Hot dog x2
D: Spinach salad with roasted chicken, onion, carrots, cheese and Paul Newman's Low Fat Asian Sesame Dressing
S: Baked ham slices
I haven't been able to lose one dang pound in about 1-2 months and I am still 7 pounds from my goal. What should I do? I need suggestions!!! HELP!

Your intake looks fine to me. I used to LOVE Cracklin Oat Bran. Too much sugar for me.
I hate funky pouch/little pouch/bubble gut days. I like days where I have hearty meals and am busy enough between meals to not obsess about food. That is a perfect day for me.
7 lbs. from goal!!! Congrats. It's that last mile that is always the hardest. I am about 15 lbs. from my original goal but I've decided for today not to be stressed about that. Tomorrow may be another story but today I don't care!

My pouch is upset today too - last night I ate a handful of cashews and threw up - the about an hour later, I felt better so I had a couple bites of sirloin tips from the crock pot and threw up again...

more water
S - 1/2 PB&J on whole grain low carb wrap

I'm on day 5 of being back on track - it isnt as hard as I convinced myself it was going to be.... I'm feeling better too. I'm walking on my lunch break and after work I take my dog for an hour walk.

Well, I really screwed up yesterday so i am back in the saddle again today and figure i should do this accountability thing and try to stick to what i plan. (Dont dump and ate a brownie yesterday -had a lunch brought in from jasons deli and i was pissed cuz my supervisor is jacking with my schedule and vacation and they were calling my name from back there in the breakroom so i broke to my emotional eating pattern and i hate hate hate that i did that -i even said to myself your just eating this cuz your mad! well i say i dont dump my i was quite nauseaus after i ate it. So i am beating myself up over it today) Sorry for all my runon sentences im sure they drive all of you writers nuts!

Good Morning all! Nik, I just ordered the Peppermint Paddy syrup because I could not stand reading about how yummy it was and not able to try it. I already have more than 20 syrups and no place to put them, so what is one more?
I was only able to do 10 minutes on the Gazelle this morning so I will workout tonight when I get home with the Wii.
My eats for today is planned as follows:
B1: Click/vanilla/PB2 frapp
B2: 2 hard boiled eggs
L: Greek yogurt/FlaxPlus cereal/1 scoop protein powder
S: Cheddar cheese, 1/2 C grapes
D: Ladies night out to Crazy Fire: Scallops, shrimp, squash, onion, garlic oil, lemon juice
S: Click/Choc/PB2 frapp
1639 cal, 108 carbs, 61 fat, 159 protein
