Any ideas? more peanut butter? fat? Im still trying to meet my requirements each day because I dump so easily ( 18g is my threshold for just about everything but calories )
That's the first thing my doc suggested when I needed to gain weight...and let's see, it's been an entire 1 1/2 yrs that I have been drinking with my meals...still no big gain for me ~ but hey, perhaps it will work for you!

As far as mixer for vodka, try diet cranberry from ocean spray only five calories though...
Seems I only have suggestions for the alcohol portion of this segment. Good luck! Hope you figure it out soon.

Use this calculator to figure out a rough estimate of your RMR and daily calorie needs.
http://www.phord.com/cc/ (It's the best one I've ever found online and worse most accurately when you fill in as much information as you have -- including waist size and body fat percentage) If you can have your RMR tested offiically, all the better. If you can get your hands on a GoWearFit and wear it for a few weeks to get a sense of your daily calorie burn, even better.
I'm going to take a wild guess and say that you need to be eating around 1800-2000 calories a day to maintain. Might even be as high as 2400. (Crystal eats around 2400 to maintain, I believe.) So until you are up in this higher range, nothing is going to work to stop the scale.

What Pam said - i am maintaining on 1400-2000 cal per day with limited exercise (I do not want to lose more - so until I can safely eat or absorb more - my routine is light exercise only).
800 cal per day + exercise? that would kill me. lol
