I think I went to low I'm 5'7" and got down to 116, currently at 120 lbs.  But I feel that when I have some regain I will still be ok.

You will stop loosing weight, you just might go a little lower than you want.

i wouldn't worry about it.  anywhere from 130 to 170 is within the "healthy" weight range for you.  the weight loss will level off and i think there is eventually some "rebound" weight.

omh I would look like skeletor at 130 ( haha kids look who came over for halloween ! ) My Dr was really firm about the 150 mark, but my nut says I will stop on my own w/o diet adjustment. neither plan is working here.

Im afraid of stopping working out b/c I need to do weights to build mass. Maybe I should stop any cardio? I do the bike for 15 min and that burns about 100 cal, I dont feel comfortable burning anymore than that, but my trainer says that I need the cardio to warm up for the weights.

If i could just put a panel together that will come up with the magic answer Id be really happy about that!

I was in the same place-
I stopped exercising
I added more fruits
Started drinking wine with dinner.

It worked.

FYI: adding more fat - like nuts  - made me full faster and longer - and I started dropping weight.
You can stop weight loss by adding carbs - not fat.   ie. add fruits to your shake - or have grapes with cheese - some toasted bread with PB, full fat milk , etc.

Wine did it for me. Just be careful with that.

Ask Crystal - she is in the same phase

Thanks, I love adding carbs, and Im trying like crazy, just had some Aunt Annies Mac & cheese ( its like crack to me) but I have to be so careful since I dump so easily an carbs, adding protein helps, but then I get full too fast b4 I can fini**** kinda damned if I do and damned if i dont b/c I need both amts of protein and carbs, but i cant really eat all of both w/o the other - oy vey!

I am sensitive to carbs - delayed dumping - reactive hypoglycemia - but I noticed that adding fat to carbs - helps with that more than adding proteins to carbs.

my fave:
fruits (berries) + whipped cream as a dessert
Apples with PB (very filling)
I eat 1 heaping teaspoon of PB or almond butter with my coffee... (i can not eat much in the morning)  - adds calories and fat at the same time ...eat that slowly...
brie cheese + some crackers (more cheese less crackers lol or just cheese... )
home made trail mix: nuts + dry fruits (as a snack - small volume, yet - lots of calories per oz)

That way - if I have a "big pouch day" - I can add veggies or salad - and feel good without adding calories.
Shake no good?  - how about protein ice cream- ?
