Longest stall? When to panic?

I am only on my third week and have stopped loosing. I lost 21lbs from October 26th to November 6th but then just stopped. I am back up 2lbs now and cant figure out WTH is going on. I just started eating foods again this week.... an egg here, some tuna there. I am doing 3 meals a day and getting my protein shake in for breakfast. Just dont get why I would stall so quickly. I cant go to the gym yet so walk walk walk is what I have been doing. I feel embarrased when EVERYONE keeps asking how much weight I have lost!!!
