How Many OZ. do you eat at a meal??
I go by weight when measuring meat. I usually eat 2oz at a time. For everything else I measure by volume. Soups are usually 1/3 to 1/2 cup and most everything else is around 1/4 cup. Now....there are days when I can, and sometimes do, eat more than that. Those are my bottomless pit days! And there are days when I'd swear I'd just gotten out of surgery with a 1oz pouch. But I just figure those days are my body's way of telling me it needs more or less food at the time because neither one seems to make a difference on the scale.

You should be hitting about 1/2 cup a meal. You are measuring by volume, not weight. Weight comes in to figure out the nutrients but the volume (size amount chewed up in the pouch) is what matters since eating more than that generally will stretch it, which is normal to happen over time, but that can be overdone too.
I actually GRAZE all the time. Keeps the metabolism up, doesn't stretch the pouch, keeps the blood sugars good and I calculate out my protein count, eat full fat stuff and eat complex carbs only. I am well over a year out and doing fine. You are striving for a balanced diet-moderation...quality over quantity.

I eat 3-4 oz protein at a meal and no more than 1/3ish cup of "sides" be it veggies, rice, etc- the plan says 2oz of fruit or veggie, but the volume is what I measure here, as far as sides go. I never have more than 2tbsp of a starchy side, I will not be one of those people who "can't" have certain things. For me, that just sets me up for binging and gorging on crap later. My program allows up to 5oz of protein per meal, but I just can't do that much dense protein.
I eat 3-4 times per day, one of those meals being yogurt. Sometimes two. Once I start working, I'll be doing protein drinks for breakfast (I can't eat a meal first thing in the am), meal for lunch and dinner and a yogurt snack somewhere in the day if I can find the time. I'm sure I'll adjust that somewhere along the way, but that's what I was doing while on my internships, so I'm assuming it'll be the same unless I'm hungry throughout the day (to which I'll have an apple/fruit or yogurt).
Although the volume is what your pouch can take, you have to weigh your protein to know what you're taking in. I would say if you want to measure by volume, weigh first, then measure with a measuring cup.
