I found OH back in 2000, when a friend had WLS.  So I have been lurking for a very long time :-p

I'm Jan from Western Pennsylvania. I'm 49 and had my surgery exactly 1 week tomorrow (6/22) in Pittsburgh.  I found out about OH from my surgeon.
I don't know what I'd without this website. Everyone's so nice to answer questions and I never feel any question is stupid.
I love reading your posts, Nik.  You're a hoot but so right on target with everything. I've visited and used your website and all your recipes.
