Feet from 10W to 8.5 or 9 normal width
Hands rings from 10 to 7

I went from a 10 or 11 in shoes to an 8.5 or 9. In rings, I went from an 8.5. to a 5. You'll definitely see a change!!

Before I had surgery I was in a bad car accident and shattered my ankle which prevented me from wearing heels, after surgery and losing over 100 lbs I can wear heels and feel so beautiful! I also notice that I have lost shoe size and ring size too. It happens and its wonderful. Have a great day, Natalie

thanks to everyone that has replied to my post and thanks for all the information it was really helpful and exciting to learn that after surgery there is hope that i might one day be able to where pretty shoes and heels and rings and jewlery, the weight that i am at right now i cant where jewlery or heels all i can wear is tennis shoes and sandals and its hard to find those that fit cause i wear a 11w and my fingers and wrists are to big for normal size jewlery, the last time i wore a ring it was a big size and i was so embarrased i never bought another ring and in a braclet i wore a 8 cause my wrists is 8in so thats embarrasing to but i cant wait to have surgery and be on the losers bench also i need friends on here and some more support friends for wls would be great
