Gasp!!!!!!!! I can gulp water????? SOS!

 I can Gulp as well but then I get a split second pain and its gone. I play soccer twice a week so I get REALLY thirsty  it would kill me if I had to take tiny little sips so I am glad I can gulp! 

Haven't you ever poured water down a drain?  Unless you just pour buckets in at a time it goes right down.  Same with drinking water... it just goes on through.

Mine doesn't. The only way I can drink out of a bottle is by sipping. I can drink a mouthful if i drink out of a glass but that isn't every day. Today I could only drink 2 glasses of water as everytime i had a drink it would gurgle up. I don't think everything is okay. I am going to email surgeon.
