Chicken/Beef Stock for Liquid Diet

So today is my first day of my liquid diet and honestly it isn't TOO bad but I cannot find a flavorful and fulfilling chicken or bee stock. And ideas as to where I can find a beef stock that packs a powerful flavor but has low sodium. Any ideas are welcome...

Thanks,
Kiya

Me thinks you ask too much when you ask for tasteful, low-sodium. I got a low-sodium beef broth (Swanson's) and I just wound up adding salt right back into it.
Though you didn't ask, I used GNC's Pro-Performance 100% Whey Protein unflavored powder in my stocks and it is GREAT. It doesn't change the flavor at all!
Unjury makes a chicken soup protein mix that tastes fabulous as well. It has more depth of flavor in that it has hints of onion and other veggies that are subtle, but notable. I've ordered some of it. I didn't care for any of their other protein mixes as I could taste they had a noticeable protein taste.
Now is the time to sample, sample, sample as much as you can to find what works for you.

I couldn't find one that I liked after my RNY. All were bland and made me sick. My dietician recommended that I strain Campbell's Chicken Noodle Soup and throw away the noodles, etc. They make it in low sodium, too. Maybe that will give you the flavor you're looking for.

Other things that you can do with broth is add a dash of hot sauce or use combinations of spices to give extra flavor.

I drank Campbells chicken broth and beef broth.  I didn't care about the sodium when I was on a liquid only diet.  There's only so much I'm willing to sacrifice.

On my liquid diet, I did not worry about Sodium as I was getting so much liquid.  What I did was to buy Ramen Noodle packets and throw out the dry noodles....make ho****er and just use the flavor packet in the water.  VERY tasty....and a variety of flavors too.
