What Vitamins Can You Take Together?

Thanks for posting this information.  I was taking all my calcium in the morning, but I will divide it up...half in the am and half in the pm.  I'm trying to get in the habit of taking my multi, B12 and iron during lunch so it doesn't interfere with the calcium absorption.

You mentioned Zinc doesn't play well with others.  I've been trying to find out how it interacts with the B's, specifically biotin.  At this point I've been adding it to my pill regime every other evening with my evening stool softener and Ursidole

I do not know how it specifically reacts with biotin or other Bs.  I've just always read that it doesn't play well with others.
