Question about fruits...
I'm allowed to put fruit in my protein... I haven't tried protein yet (begin tomorrow) but it was okay'ed by my NUT because it becomes a liquid in the shake. Hope this helps!!

watch out though, fruit has a lot of sugar, so if you use, say, banana, try only a couple of inches.... too much might make you dump, and you want to limit calories, not buff them up with lots of fructose.
