Learning the hard way (right now)
IMO - try to take it easy next few hrs... when something gets stuck... my pouch usually hates me ... and has no problem showing me that... liquids or really soft foods works best for a first few meals...

My mom, who is 28yrs post-op, always keeps one can of caffeine free diet coke around for when she gets something stuck. She says that all you need is one drink and to let it sit. It'll dissolve anything and get it unstuck! LOL. I've kept a bottle around just for that reason. Haven't had to use it, thank God, but it's there when I need it.
Doing great! She still thinks she's heavier than she is and dresses like she's 3 sizes bigger, but she's great! LOL. She's definitely been my biggest supporter since my surgery. I think she's lost 10 lbs since my surgery! She says I'm getting her back on track. It's great to see someone so successful after so many years. We've had several in my family get the surgery and have had the whole spectrum...successful, sick, too thin, gain all their weight back, etc. I'm just glad that she's been so successful. Gives me hope.
OMG... I really feel for you.
I felt like I would turn green I was so sick... sounds like you are too!
I did sip (barely) some very warm water to try to help pu**** through and I made myself burp as often as humanly possible. I also moaned and complained a lot
Eventually, it did pass and I suspect yours will too.
