Things have been good, but the bummer is Im only down 25 lbs.  Seems like the weight flies off of everyone else.  I mean I AM down 60 lbs from my highest, but my highest was probably in 2007 so I dont count it! LOL  Ughh Stil have sooo much weight to go (atleast 80 preferably 100) it seems like its not going to happen.  Sad part is I wanted to lose 100 more and now Im like this is going to be impossible if I lose so slow- so 80 more it is!

I think you are doing just fine.  The weight is going to come off.  Just give it time.  I'm almost 4 weeks out and I stalled last week, but have picked back up again.  It's not dropping off, but it's coming off and I'm thankful for it!  I know it's hard because some seem to lose weight daily.  But, remember, that you don't have a ton to lose!  Yours might be slower, but you'll get there.  I'm rootin for ya!

I am a little over three weeks and have hit my first stall as well. I am trying to be patient. Its hard to know you are eating 500 calories a day and NOT losing weight, lol.

My SIL and my best friend both had RNY; and they have monthly spreadsheets on weight loss. They both lost between 25-30 pounds the first month and less than seven each the second month, then picked back up with 15 or more pounds the third month. I am hanging on to that and hoping I follow suite.

Are you exercising?

Yes for the past...almost 3 weeks I believe.  Ive been going to the gym doing the treadmill (only thing allowed per dr for another week I think) 3-4 times a week.  Granted I can only do 2 miles on the treadmill and then Im dead but atleast its something! LOL

Two miles is great! I had hoped to be back at the gym at two weeks out but it was not meant to be. Now I am waiting until four weeks passes and then I will be good to go, I think. I am going to start with a mile tho.

I had my surgery 2-7-11 and have only lost 27lbs.. It does seem like the weight comes off everyone else much quicker ..ugh frustrating!!!!!

I had surgery 2/22/11 and lost 23 pounds plus 10 pounds right before the surgery. It sucks reading about people losing 60 pounds in record time. I can't even imagine what it's like to lose so much, so quickly. Anyway, stalls and slow weight loss seems to be the theme on this board. I'm in my second stall right now and a bit sad about it.
