3 years after RnY: how much liquid (in Liter) are we supposed to drink
1 litter is almost = 1 quart. That is 32 oz and we are suppose to drink 64 oz minimum. Thats minimum 2 liters. 2.5 -3 liters is not too much. As long as you count all the drinks. Too much water may wash your good minerals out ... just so you know.

Complete hyst in 2007 and I have the exact same sensation when I pee.
Also, I drink 64 oz min of plain water everyday and usually the same amount in Crystal Light or other noncaff, sugar free drinks. I tend to retain fluid very easily and am sensitive to sodium so I feel better in multiple ways when I do 100 oz at least per day.
