Wk 15 progress update w PICS...
For starters...i am almost 4months post op and I am currently down 57lbs....
Started at size 20 in pants / currently a size 12
SW 231 CW 174 GW 135
ideas of what I eat... chicken, beans, eggs, sushi, beef jerkey, tuna, etc...Im pretty much able to eat almost anything, with the except of sugar! No sugar for me.... Even though I am able to eat what I want ..I now select good food choices..I am in l0ve with this whole process... my energy.... my motivation to eat healthy and I even work out 4 days a wk ..cardio & zumba....
I find that it is hard to look in the mirror and see a smaller me...I notice that Ive lost weight and notice the changes, but still when shopping I grab the plus size clothing or I still feel like Im the bigger girl that everyone is looking at....Does anyone else experience this AND if so, how long does it take for most to mentally see the change?
Pics below..the first are the day of surgery 12-7-2010
The following two are from last night 3-26-2011 down 57lbs, enjoy ;)
