Food amount question
I'm a little over 3 months out. Last night we went to Panera and I had the black bean soup. It is low fat and has about 10g of protein. The serving size for a bowl is about a cup and a half. I ate almost the whole bowl! Granted...we were there for a good while, talking and such (maybe an hour). It kind of surprised me that I ate most of it! If I were to continue to eat this much, would it "stretch out" my pouch?
Not likely, if you eat that amount of a "slider food" that will slide right through your pouch since it has so much liquid in it and eat it so slowly over such a long amount of time.
However, you might end up taking in more calories than you want to if you do that very often.
