reactive hypoglycemia question

Try sunflower kernels. I have had to bring those into my diet because I work at a nut free school and desperately needed the snack in case of a crash. Walmart actually has a roasted no salt added one in their bulk section in produce and they are wonderful. The other brands tend to be too salty.
I have also added them to my cottage cheese and fresh strawberries the other morning, really good!

A 'nut free" school? As in you are prohibited from bringing anything with nuts in it to work? Weird! I've heard of and approve of drug free and gun free.... but Nut free?

I think that's kinda common these days due to allergies.
