If you could pick one famous (living or dead) celebrity to have dinner with, who would it be and why?

There are sooooo many to choose from. Do I go with the hot guy? The funny guy? The hot, funny guy? The funny gal? The serious actor? My favorite singer? So hard to pick.

Hmmm, I am going to go with Bob from the Biggest Loser. He just has such a sweet, kind spirit, he's fun, and he's not too hard on the eyes. I'd pick his brain all night about fitness and nutrition, which would be an added bonus. Then I'd have him put me through a last chance workout to work off dinner!!

Granted, Jon Bon Jovi almost got the nod so he could serenade me, but I'm afraid my drooling and staring at him like I'm crazy would be a little offensive! I'd also love to meet some of the big guns of acting like Tom Hanks or Robert DeNiro. And Elvis. I'd like to meet Elvis, but Elvis has left the building...

Thanks for playing...

Denise

Funny and hot.  A funny guy is sexy to me.  One with an accent is even better lol.

If I had my pick I'd have to go with Zach Bagans from Ghost Adventures (drool).  He's so hot.  My second choice would be Hugh Laurie.  I wouldn't  turn either one away.

You are so right--funny is very, very sexy. If you can make me laugh, well, let's just leave it at that!

I love an Australian accent. Curtis Stone--mmmm, yummy! I mean his cooking of course! ;)

Now that's an interesting question- living or dead? Is it me going back in time or a dead person coming to life in my time?

Me going back in time- I would probably say James Buchanan- not very famous but he was our 15th president. I would like to ask him all kinds of questions on why he did things the way he did.

Bringing someone from the dead to my time- My great great great grandfather Jim Wahl. I've gotten to read some of his journals and would love to ask him more questions and see what he thinks of the family now days. Again not a very famous person but a little more famous in South Dakota.

Living person- Craig Ferguson- he cracks me up!

I am in love with Dexter and waiting anxiously for him to return for Season 6. So I'd have to go with Michael C. Hall. Plus he could show me how to chop up bodies and hide them .

Elton John. I just want to sit by his piano for an evening and listen to him play.

Let me see....Living, I think Lady GAGA. I cant help it. I love her and she's so interesting and writes beautifully. Sometimes strange, but if you really listen to the words of some....Chills

Dead, I'll have to say my best friend Chris, who I met later in life at a dual diagnosis rehab center in Malibu, CA. He was from Delaware and I from NC. We just clicked and it was like we knew each other forever. He had already been to over 8 rehabs and this was his last chance. It was my third go round and my last chance. he went home and relasped and killed himself. I guess he thought he would never beat his demon. After that I never relasped again. I've been alcohol free for years.

I only strive to be, the kind of person my dogs think I am!

Of the choices we are given, it's no choice at all....

Oh my, what a story. Sorry about your loss, but congratulations on your sobriety! That is why I love these kind of topics--it really brings out things that would otherwise never be discussed on these boards.

Take good care!

Viggo Mortensen!!!  Hands down!  He is SEXY!  He's a poet and photographer too.  Both of which I love.
Great question.
