i don't know of any chewables at the store but i buy the celebrate chewables - my recommendation to you though for the celebrate ones get the calcium citrate plus 500 because its less pills you have to take. i bought the regular 250mg ones and after surgery i will have to take SIX per day rather than 3...not fun

Buy soem citracal and let it dissolve in your drinks...... takes about ten minutes and you can drink the calcium

I despise taking the calcium supplements. I started off choking down the chewables, then I couldn't stand them anymore and stopped taking calcium for many weeks. Obviously, that's not the solution, so I bought some liquid calcium at Costco called Reviva and to my surprise, I have been able to take it consistently without wanting to die everytime I take it. Just 3 spoonfuls and it tastes like blueberry yogurt. Goes down nice n easy! =)

Is it calcium citrate?  Does one spoonful give you 500 mg elemental calcium?

Yes, its calcium citrate plus vitamin D, which I had a serious deficiency of. It's honestly the only tolerable form of calcium I can take with discipline.

It's calcium citrate AND tricalcium phosphate.  You will not absorb the tricalcium phosphate.  You could call them and find out how much ctirate is in each dose, if you want to use it, and just take enough to get 1500-2000 mg citrate.
