Okay - so it's back to what i just have on my plan until the doc moves me ahead on the 14th...  live and learn.  Ate the cheese and a bit of the ham from a wedgie and a few bites of crust

  need I say more?

Back to puree/mush - but for tomorrow it will be liquids.

That'll teach me!  I think I needed that to happen because I was walking a very fine line with being on program.

My new motto..."if it isn't on the plan, it's not on my plate"!

Tessie, it is so very hard (I got my RNY on 23 Mar) boy do I know.  I had the raging hungries today and sucked down more water and popsicles when I really wanted real food.  I don't see the do****il Friday and I'll be thrilled to go on mushies.  You have to give you pouch a chance to heal or you may hurt yourself.  I'm glad to see you going back to the plan.  You are very brave though, I'm actually a bit scared of trying real food.

i had my first dumping episode last night and boy oh boy was it horrible. I am allowed mashed potatoes etc so my fiance got me some from KFC whoa big mistake.. something they use to make them made me so sick. I went from normal complextion to pale and couldn't move from the couch. I had to sleep it off. SO, i feel your pain. From now on if i don't make it im not eating it. Tho i am still having a hard time getting in anything. I cant even drink without feeling nauseated.. I go to my dr. tomorrow hopefully i will find out something...
