Protein Drinks causing nausea?
I had alot of problems with protein there for a while. I switched from Milk to Almond milk first.
What I think it finally came down to was drinking my shakes too fast. Meaning I was drinking a 8-12 oz shake in about 15 minutes. Blech....
Now, I have to take my time...I usually take at least 30-45 minutes now and I dont have a problem (unless its a flavor I dont particularly care for)
Have you tried blending your shake with ice to make it like a Frosty? I never felt sick when I made them like that.
Hope you are feeling better!

I have had this problem with protien that I loved and agreed with me for the longest time and all of a sudden started feeling nauseas everytime I would drink it. I am not lactose intolorant.
Someone suggested I may need to switch to Isopure protien (Isolate).
I tried Nature's Best at GNC the pre mixed bottles 40 grams of protien. It's not milky it's more like juice.
It's pricy at GNC but found it cheaper by the case at ? Vitamin Shop? Check around for pricing.
I have had no problems since swithching.
Hope it helps you.
