Has anyone tried this?  I was purchasing my flavored waters to stck up for surgery on Friday and found this product.  It is a sparkling flavored spring water.  I know we are not to have carbonated drinks so I wasn't sure if this was considered carbonated.

Anything "sparkling" is carbonated.

There's a new product out called MiO - you add it to your water. There's a bunch of different flavors.

Just keep in mind that your sense of taste will change after surgery - you may not like the taste of some things that you like now.

Thanks for your quick response.  Now I  have to see how I can get rid of it.  I bought a case and had a bottle last nite so I don't think the store will take it back.

I love the MIo!  You can out it the vanilla protein shakes and its great!
