sweets please help!!

I just think of how sick I get when I stray even a little. Boy, do I hate vomiting! I guess it's just whatever works for you. For me, it's viewing food as an addiction. Food kills! I need to figure out how to put that in my signature line.

Extra protein really does not take away that head craving.  Nutrionists approve not depriving yourself simply because very little goes a long way with this.  It is amazing how much better I feel after 3 M&Ms or one hershey kiss.  Just have a bit...see how it goes but don't make it a habit at all !

I freeze ripe banana slices and use them to thicken protein shakes in the blender. If you don't add too much liquid you'll almost get a soft-serve consistency.

I just had an "oh yeah" protein wafer bar.....

OMG... just like a Butterfinger Crisp.

200 calories with 14 grams of protien.... So a splurge, for sure... But DAY-UM!

Amazing.

 My favourites are sugar free Oreo cookies. These are AMAZING.
