8oz skim milk = 8 g protein
1 scoop body fortress protein = 26 g protein
carbmaster yogurt (used to be 12g now I think it's 8) = 8 g protein
42 g protein per shake...I don't think it's too bad.
I could probably try the GY in my shakes, but I'd really have to pour the sweetener on and I don't right now.

I now use 0% fat plain Greek yogurt and add 1/2 tsp or so of a Crystal Light or similar 'to go' or add-to-a-bottle-of-water packets and stir well. My favorites so far are mixed berry, grape, black cherry and cherry limeade flavors. No added sugar or carbs!

One that I tried & disliked completely is pineapple-mango; just didn't work with the tanginess of the yogurt. You just need to experiment with the flavors.
Here’s my two cents.
I see this comment a lot and I think “well that’s because you are approaching Greek yogurt expecting regular yogurt." If you approach Greek yogurt for what it is, it’s a bit easier to make something you like out of it.
For instance, do you like cheesecake? One of the most important parts of cheesecake is sour cream. It gives it tang. But not quite enough, which is why classic recipes add just a bit of lemon to up the acidity. You could add some cheesecake pudding mix to Greek yogurt along with sweetener and lemon juice and have cheesecake fluff.
Greek yogurt also lends itself well to non-acidic fruit. Acidic fruit will only amplify the tang factor. So bananas (or banana cream pudding) work well. Blueberries work well (as opposed to raspberries or strawberries for instance). It also works well in pumpkin protein smoothies. Think very mellow fruits/veggies.
Lastly, if you can’t get over the sour cream taste, why not use it as sour cream? I do. On anything Mexican I eat, I top it with Greek yogurt instead of sour cream. Just a dollop but that dollop has WAY more protein.

Perhaps not everyone is, but I was very aware that Greek was NOT the same as say Carbmaster (which i eat often) or other yogurt types going in, as I am a gourmet cook. I buy packaged yogurt for convenience, but I usually make homemade yogurt 2-3 times a month and "Greek" strain it; that still doesnt cause me to like it plain!
As for the pudding mix, it also does not appeal to me; tastes too chemical-like.
Knowing that so many others also want that high protein and do not care for the taste of plain Greek yogurt, I offered what works for me.
It's sort of the same as turkey vs. pork bacon. I hear lots of people say "I hate turkey bacon. It's not the same as pork!" Well if you approach it expecting it to be pork bacon, yes you will be disappointed. If you approach it expecting a breakfast meat, maybe your perception of it might change. Same deal hear.
But I hope you took no offense. I was merely using the opening to share a thought.
