Wish my honey bunny had the epiphany necessary to embrace WLS.... with a BMI of 44; HBP, COPD; high cholesterol, and pre-diabetic, I wish he cared enough to take a chance on WLS, and extend his life.... he's 55 and an "old dog" but I just wish he could learn one new trick!

I chased my dreams, and my dreams, they caught me!
If I was a better example to him, I bet he'd consider it.... but he's a FOODIE and I am NOT..... I eat boring stuff, adn he can't conceive of eating like me (though he doesn't have to!) and particularly he can't contemplate the whole protein shake thing.
*sigh*
I guess I just enjoy honey bunny as long as he's on this earth..... I couldn't have been budged towards havnig WLS until I was ready.... honey bunny is the same.... and now that he's pre-diabetic, he is having a huge kick in the pants. Hopefully it's enough!

I chased my dreams, and my dreams, they caught me!
I am about 5 years out and had picked up a few pounds... all MY fault. I just started the 5 Day Pouch Test from LivingAfterWLS.com and dropped off 8 pounds in a week and feel I am back on track. After 42 years of obesity and then 4 of "normal" I do not want to return and this is another good tool to help. If you are in this same position, go to the site and order it. It's easy and it gets your head back on in a hurry! CONGRATS TO EVERYONE WHO MADE THIS AWESOME DECISION!!!! It's the way to go... but remember, it is a TOOL.... your Doctor is NOT joking about that.....
